Pet Food Pantry
The Humane Society for Greater Savannah has expanded our food and supply pantry to better assist pets in our community. HSGS supplies individuals, rescues, and regional shelters with pet food so we can help reduce the number of animals being surrendered to shelters for financial reasons. In 2021 we distributed over 200,000 meals to local pets.
HSGS partners with Senior Citizens Inc., Second Harvest, Rising Tyde, and will partner with local churches and other groups at community food distributions.
